We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
I am also a fan, and broke down and paid the $6 for the 12-week trial in hopes of listening to the first 108 episodes I missed.
For those who haven't looked it up, the most recent 10 are always available free, and they go about thirty minutes each. Only a few of the selections have I thought not valuable, and only a few of the presenters not up to snuff. Even then, I learned something.

I listened recently to that podcast & was struck by "Pied Beauty." Some GMH was required in high school--a school of less than 100 students in 1967, yet we read good stuff. Looked up more of his work after hearing the podcast.
