I don't agree either. I am actually horrified. All of the comments below reflect my belief that 2016 will have been our last free election if we don't correct this one. The media has been become an attack mob and even Fox turned into Brutus against Caesar at the pivotal moment. Big tech has become Big Brother for real, but we have only seen the beginning of its power. If we don't find a way to stop this we will never have the chance again. I have been feeling quite sick about this until I read an article by Frank Miele on RCP today. I clip part of it.

This is a brilliant idea because the people in those states can apply real leverage on state reps and state senators. All the states here provide safety in numbers and it works. Of course, all hell (exactly) will break out but will still we have the power to deal with it. Thoughts?

I think Trump supporters do have the courage, certainly in PA, Georgia and AZ. State reps, generally weak people, actually live among the relatively small group of constituents they represent and whose respect that want badly. The key is relentless pressure. This would be much more effective than protesting at polls.
The alternative is to successfully delay. through court action and discovery, until December. If neither candidate reaches 270 it goes to the House of Representatives,1 vote/1 state. The are options. Perhaps pursue both paths simultaneously, but do not give up.

The fight might be worth it but recognize what's being fought for. The chances of Trump being sworn in on 20 January 2021 are slim to nil.

Use this opportunity to document the malfeasance and the anomalies, make the case, and then hopefully find some allies among the remaining sane Democrats, and maybe a few the Bernies Bros, to bring about change in the way things are done.

If they can do this to Trump they can do it to anyone they want to.

As a news junkie, I would think you would be aware of all the irregularities both in the execution of the election and the statistics of the race. Are you saying 89% voter turnout in Wisconsin is normal. My understanding is that that was achieved with a 70 something percent turnout in the biggest city, Milwaukee.

Garden variety vote fraud would not require the ballot counting center to kick out Republican observers. Then after a suit, a judge orders that the observers be allowed in, and they are still kicked out and the sheriff says he will not honor the judge's order.

This is the kind of thing the Second Amendment was written for.

I wonder how someone who says something like, "of course there was fraud, but not enough matter" functions in life, because there is obviously a short circuit in their logic processing mechanism.

Even if you don't think it moved the meter on this election, which is a stretch, fraud in elections matters.

I expect Biden to be President for an indeterminate duration because I consider the courts to be too feckless to act. Their attitude seems to mirror that of 'news junkie'; or maybe they just think that if they don't act there won't be violence.
I wish there were something I could do. I am too old to take to the streets.

From my perspective it is over, as well. But that does not mean acceptance.

Not having voted for either candidate, I am not concerned about 'who lost which state'. I am VERY concerned with "Why were any states having problems when we knew long in advance what was happening and how it would shake out if no preparations were made."

Fraud occurs to a degree in every election. There seems to be a substantial amount in this one. At least there are substantial enough anomalies that if you just blithely toss them to the side then sure - it's over and OK.

But I don't think you can. Biden will probably win no matter what...but to just sit back and accept results as they stand without investigating anomalies is a recipe for more and bigger fraud.

Just to name a few:
While split tickets happen - how did Biden get substantially more votes than Dem senate candidates in key battleground states? This seems to have happened more than once. Most states have Biden relatively close to the Dem senate candidate.

The sudden bursts in votes 'for' Biden with seemingly none for Trump. Some were 'fixed' but even if they were that's problematic.

MI has a big, big problem with elderly voters. 100, 106, 110. even one 120 year old. Some have been removed. How many more were there?

Pennsylvania - don't get me started. That state is worse than Florida 2000.

Georgia and it's "Democratic registration" campaign - how did they let Stacey Abrams register 800,000 additional voters and NOT expect a disaster?

Those are the tip of the iceberg.

Granted, I agree Biden is likely to be the winner no matter what. But I think we all need to agree these states are a mess.

My feeling is that mail in voting was DESIGNED to create these issues... and knowing that going into Tuesday, the people in charge should have had plans to deal with the VERY obvious issues which have cropped up...
They didn't. That was by design. That is a problem.

I don't think so. As I stated I don't have a horse in the race. I didn't vote for either so the 'winner' is secondary to me. The process, on the other hand, is not.

I listed out a few of the anomalies which - I clearly stated - means it is not worth accepting the outcome over and worthy of requiring a look under the hood.

If I'm driving the car and the oil light flashes on once or twice, I'm going to check the oil. I'm not going to keep driving it and risk the engine seizing up.

That said, my personal opinion is that a check under the hood may still show Biden winning. Realistically, GA, AZ and NV are probably all losses. Which doesn't guarantee Trump is out - but more or less does, too. It will be very, very hard to prove out on WI, MI and PA. There's a path, sure...but it's tenuous.

Face it - lots of people hate this guy. Lots of people love him, too. There are very few like me who are in-between.

I do find it hard to believe Biden could generate a turnout this large, but I don't find it hard that Trump could - even if it's against him. I just think people who vote against a candidate and for a milquetoast weasel are stupid. Nobody said the average kid voting in their first or second election is wise...and that's where Biden did really well.

So no, not spineless. Realistic. Accepting facts where they are presented but also questioning anomalies.

If we’re going to talk about Biden probably winning in the end, we might want to have an appreciation for all the evidence that has been collected and the remedies available.

We know some of the evidence (and more substantial and damning evidence is going public as we speak), but it’s unlikely we know more than a sliver. That makes any prediction of a Biden win premature.

I’m not a lawyer so I can’t speculate on remedies but I guess that the outer fringe of possibilities is a revote, but more likely something less drastic.

Some of the contested states have Republican legislatures. They could be a factor also.

There are a lot of moving parts in several states. We didn’t know who won because of irregularities in a few counties in one state for more than a month, this hasn’t gone on for a week yet (as excruciating as it’s been).

Since you don’t seem to have a preference for the outcome, pop some popcorn and watch. Some people have work to do and nobody needs the negative energy.

I moved from CA to TX in 2017 after living there for 40 years. I could not wait to get out of CA. The main thing that has kept me going the past 3-4 years is Trump and his amazingly lengthy list of big achievements for the country.

I am currently in mourning for America, (probably, barring a "miracle") in critical condition on its death bed. I am glad that I am old and can retreat to my apartment as I desire and shut the door. There may be a way to mitigate the fraud in the future.

I have had my feeble mind at work on it this afternoon.

Nebraska and Maine award Electoral Votes (EVs) based on who wins each Congressional district. It is not winner take all. If Lincoln or Omaha stuffed the ballot box it wouldn't affect the outcome in the rest of the state.

If the legislatures in Pennsylvania and Michigan would do the same, it would firewall the vote stuffing cities of Detroit and Philly. They could have a million votes for Biden but would only get the EV votes for the congressional districts their cities are in.

Not a perfect solution but it would give us a chance. If things stand as they are we have no chance.

Good suggestion. Also note that the Electoral College, divided by states instead of by Congressional District, has a similar firewall principle.

Note that Electoral Votes are Congressional Districts + 2 Senate seats, so big-time vote stuffing in one city will affect the statewide vote for the Electoral Votes equivalent to the Senate seat.

Whether this election is over is not nearly as important as continuing the trend that started with this administration. The Left are playing a long game here, but it is their own strategy that will defeat them in the end. Eventually, every coalition of the disaffected and dysfunctional eats itself due to all those militant factions being unable to resist the scramble for dominance. This is the most underreported story in American politics.

The only question is whether the rest of us have the motivation to play the long game better than the Left. We have a lot more to work with, the most important of which is a common set of principles.

I don't know how much fraud there was--from the sounds of it quite a lot, maybe enough to sway the election. I'm not expert.

But it wasn't election fraud that put up the Biden signs all over our neighborhood. A horrifying number of us hated Trump more than they cared about competency or sanity.

Call it a different kind of fraud--news fraud, perhaps. But the facts were out there for those who bothered to look, and most didn't. Hate is comfortable, I guess.

PILF has posted a rather droll video—if it weren’t so depressing—of their investigators going to some of these registration addresses that turn out to be commercial businesses, not homes, where the putative voter may or may not have once been employed (in some cases no one seems to have heard of them). These include an abandoned mine, of all things."

While I agree that Trump cannot win this one I do think there is value in a criminal investigation of any and all who participated in election fraud. He cannot win because by now King Solomon couldn't determine which ballots are real and which are fraudulent. This is by intent. Pelosi and the rest of the criminal party changed the rules before the election and created avenues for fraud that once perpetrated could not be undone. So in the end the court will do nothing. or very little, to change the results. But I say make them pay a price. Appoint a special prosecutor to investigate voting fraud. Once this is in motion it will continue past January 20th. Offer rewards to anyone who can show/prove fraud at any level.

I do believe that the Republicans/Trump owes it to the 70+ million voters who voted for Trump and whose civil rights were denied by the DNC. We should continue the fight if for no other reason than to wipe the smirk of Tom Wolf's face. To the extent possible we should lay the corruption bare and try to arrive at the most accurate vote count once the illegal ballots and tricks are ferreted out. If we don't fix this a lot of people will lose faith in our government AND they will all know that the president and his entire party are criminals. I am not sure this will end well if we do not continue to seek legal redress.

As according to you, what the electorate wants is irrelevant, the only thing that counts is what the DNC decides is going to happen.

As the official transcriber of the year 2000 Presidential Election Recount Vote, I couldn't disagree with the writer more. Our country is over and done with if we simply shrug our shoulders and allow an election to be stolen by the Deep State. I support the President's contesting this all the way to the Supreme Court. In Palm Beach County (2000), I witnessed firsthand the deception and fraud the Dems attempted to pull. It was shocking. C'mon, man! Fight!

We are living in the midst of a Class War, and signs of it are showing up on these pages, I think. Not to be insulting - but sometimes the thoughts expressed here are evocative of a person who enjoys the comforts of inherited wealth.

I don't consider myself self-made, because I believe my parents raised me right, and that is a huge, altruistic investment they made in shaping my beliefs and value systems. I have tried very hard to do the same with my own kids.

But all of my wealth is my own; I've been working since pre-teen, and had a regular part-time job paying taxes as soon as I could, at 16. When you get your first paycheck, and you see what has been deducted from it, and you start asking the questions, your life begins to absorb an adult-like understanding: There are implacable forces that are inestimably bigger than your family and you're going to have to accept their impact in your life, with little leverage afforded to do otherwise.

The rage that we feel is the rage of people who are self-determining and who accept the consequences of their choices - but they also demand fair outcomes. Without fairness, there is anarchy. Right now, there are about 70 million energized and angry voters who think they've probably been robbed. And just look at all the riots.

If you accept this result, if you even admit that a Biden-cooked-win is inevitable, then you are part of your own problem. You have accepted unfair outcome in an operation that has all of the earmarks of widespread voter fraud. Every single red flag is waving for you to notice. Will you notice, or will you change the channel? Will the Supreme Court step in at the right moment? Prayers are in order, but also action.

I used to work in Gabon, back in the 90's. The diminutive dictator, Omar Bongo, was reputed to harvest 15% of all business revenue taken in by foreign corporations. SwissAir had a weekly flight to Geneva to move his money - they had extremely fit, burly stewards on that flight, no stewardesses, and every passenger had a firm complete patdown before boarding. Life before 911 and metal detectors. Now Omar's son runs things in Gabon.

Red Flags:
- Too many voters
- A high turnout in specific areas
- Large numbers of invalid votes
- More votes than ballot papers issued
- Results that don't match
- Delay in announcing results

Our datasets are a bit more sophisticated, so we can add:

- Dead people requesting and submitting absentee ballots
- Voter tallies suddenly decreasing for Trump and simultaneously increasing, by the exact same number of votes, in real time, on TV. Vote-switching, in other words.
- Absentee/Mail-in Ballots unceremoniously being dumped
- Statistically-impossible changes in vote results compared to past recent elections.
