We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

I really did think that the ZeroHedge link, was going to be a Babylon Bee article. Maybe the Polar Bear link? I mean, what do polar bears know about science. Nope. Seattle defunds police. That has to be a joke, right? How could any sane person want more CHOP? No, not a joke either. In the Bible, is the loss of human sanity a predictor of end times? We sure are regressing at an alarming rate. What will civilization look like a year from now? Much like dem run big cities, if Biden wins? No doubt about it.

Always loved the Christmas cards of mother polar bear and cubs with the message "may the gentle nature .....". My response was to ask them when they'd picture mother bear rather savagely dissecting a seal for the benefit of said cubs.

Yeah, I saw that segment yesterday when it came out. It was pretty shocking, it just recited verbatim all the CCP talking points and did not bother to address any of the increasing evidence that the virus did come from the lab. It also did not address any of the smoking guns such as the staff researcher Huang Yang Ling, who is suspected to be dead and to be Patient Zero. Her identity and info has been scrubbed off the internet by the CCP.

The rest of the segment was spent bashing the Trump administration for its "unsupported allegations" against the lab. But again, NBC did nothing to investigate any of the evidence contrary to the CCP narrative. The CCP issued a statement claiming she is alive and well, but no one has seen her since last year when the pandemic began.
