Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Same can be said of the Boston Globe, the Chicago Tribune, the LA Times and the Washington Post

They are all giving hyper-partisan, yellow journalism a BAD name!

That is what they are selling. The fantasy sex comedy high school.

Today they've found the phrase 'Renate Alumni" in the yearbook referring to a girl from another Catholic school. NYT is all about that is a sexual boast. The explanation is that it refers to having innocent dates and going to dances with Renate.

I submit that Renate may have been the heartbreaker for these boys. Oh, they got dates with their desire, but from the sound of it, they got the old-fashioned kind of "friended". They commiserated and perhaps over beer, someone observed they had all been educated by the school of Renate.

If you read the original story before it was manipulated by the Fake News, Renate is actually upset at the Fake Media for giving this a sexual spin, when she said her relationship with these young men was perfectly proper.

Amusing these "rebels" wouldn't just bail on class to protest, they had to ask the class be cancelled so that they would bear no responsibility or risk for material covered while they fought "the Man".
