Fruit-picking robot also takes away the left's argument about food prices going up if we get rid of illegal immigrants from Mexico. In the category of the supposed 'jobs citizens won't do.'

1) Citizens DID and WOULD do those jobs

2) I would not mind paying more money for my fruits & vegetables, if I knew that these jobs were going to citizens & they were being paid a fair wage.

3) If a robot takes over the picking, we don't need those illegals anymore.

I'm hoping somebody can explain gender to me. Sex I understand, it's based on chromosomes and has a physical manifestation as male and female (usually). What is gender based on and what is the physical manifestation?

OK, boys and girls, et al gender benders:

red, here, born male, got the old XY chromosome, straight, white, over 21. I am feeling kind of girlish; or is it that I don't feel nothing at all? Been wanting to wear mascara and a dress for some time. Not quite ready to carve my testiculars off or invert the Johnson and have a plastic-surgical-made vag but I need to do something. I just feel this way? Dig?

I am 5'11",220, got some gut but not too bad, jacket size 48R, size 17 collar, good legs which as a result of my age are pretty hairless (never was too hairy). Tight little buttocks but a little cellulite. Hair is a bit thin and graying. When I shave my white whiskers off, my facial skin is smooth as a baby's derriére; and not too wrinkled considering my considerable years.

I'm thinkin' I could pass. Should I go for it. Will anyone notice? Will my friends still talk to me, act like they know me? Maybe I could go to a butch bar and pass off as a Lesbian?

I have been wanting to come out for years. I don't crave no male action, the cute women in tight-butted pants in the grocery store still appeal to me. I really feel oppressed in my male role, especially as I am an elderly white male. I think maybe part of it is my guilt re my white male privilege. Anybody else dealin' with this?

BTW I am a Muslim but I do eat shrimp and bacon.

Could any of you other Maggie's Farmers give an old boy(?) some sound advice.

I heard today that Japan finally took in some Muslim refugees. They had a long list of refugees but after serious vetting they narrowed it down to 27 Muslims. So after less than a year 2 of these refugees of the religion of peace raped an intoxicated 30 year old woman and stole her money and personal property. Incredible! But is it? After all their religion demeans women and encourages rape especially of non-Muslim women. So, no, not incredible at all but rather expected. What has been the experience of other Western countries who have welcomed in Muslim refugees? Well of course as we all know rape and assault is the norm for these refugees BUT it's what we don't know that is a bigger problem. Law enforcement, courts, politicians and the media are hiding crimes committed by Muslim refugees. Why?

But I think it is in fact much more than that and much more nefarious too. I think they want to flood the country with Muslims and other known to be unruly refugees, other immigrants who do not assimilate and illegals. I do believe we are witnessing a coup by the world elite and an emasculation of the strongest country in the world. I'm not sure that even if suddenly every American realized this and tried to turn it around that we could do it. I think this scheme is going to succeed and Rome/The U.S. will fall from within. The enemy is at the gate, they climbed over the gate, they left the gate open then they stole the gate and the invasion continues.
