ObamaCare’s Chickens Come Home to Roost - Democrats, anticipating rage over huge premium increases scheduled for 2017, are already trying to blame Republicans

As small business owners we have been priced out of health insurance. Since our "company" paid for our health insurance premiums for 2016, but they were considered "fringe benefits" or "wages" we are not qualified for subsidies and the only two policies available to us are too expensive. $1600/month for a $4800 deductible with option of one doctor and no coverage where mr fjord works out of county in what is considered a dangerous/high risk job. THe other is $2200/month with 3,000 deductible and I'm not going to stress myself out whether I pay health insurance or make payroll that week.

You bet your bippy we're pissed. Now I know why the dr's office has been milking us for every test and appt they could possibly squeeze in this year.

Farmers are such a protected class that it's hard to take the notion of a war against them seriously.

Corporate farming is the only protected class. Priced out of operation are small farmers who don't rely on contracts or allow corporate to build chicken houses on our property while maintaining all the risk. Contract holders are easier to control.

Also EPA and DEP are unrestrained and only go after those who have no resources to fight them.

Your previously grandfathered pond is no longer safe, as they are going after them now too.

I think Obama will pardon Hillary at some point after Nov 8th if she wins. I don't think he likes her so if she loses he won't pardon her unless she offers up some millions to be placed in a secret offshore account. BUT either way it is apparent that many, many people are involved in Hilary's and Bills crime family and Obama isn't gonna pardon all of them (again without Hillary crossing his palms with millions). How many of these co-conspirators will fall on their sword and not implicate Bill and Hillary (pardon or no pardon)? It's gonna come out this time and once that dam breaks it's gonna be a flood of incriminating evidence against the Clinton crime family.

I will predict that if Hillary loses that she and Bill will take a vacation to a country with no extradition treaty with the U.S. AND that some of Hillary and Bill's BFF's will commit Arkancide.

Would prefer a list of outstanding traditional leaning conservative schools. Particularly a traditional leaning conservative grad school for Education. My son changed his major to Ed at the state university, so didn't really select a more conservative school of Ed. He reports that an enormous amount if time is devoted to brainwashing them, er, I mean educating them on the sacrament of diversity. What a waste of perfectly good teaching time.

Thank you Jayne. I noticed that in Town & Country's list of the ten most "conservative" colleges, eight are religious colleges. Hmmm. Makes me want to wonder about Town & Country's definition of "conservative".

Also, I am a native Californian whose family dates back to 1907 in Santa Cruz. I couldn't help but be amused that our beloved UCSC was the only "liberal" school listed which is West of the Rocky Mountains. Oh well, "Let one in and there goes the neighborhood."

While Comey arguably broke protocol, there's no reason to doubt his claim that there are additional emails related to the Clinton email investigation.

You're comparing the unanimous decision to not recommend charges by a team of career FBI investigators, to Comey's questionable personal decision to send the letter to Congress, to anonymous sources which provide nothing but accusations and no evidence.

If Bill and Hillary, hypothetically, fly to Europe on separate private jets and stay on a 5-star resort for a meeting to discuss Haiti, that expense gets charged against Haitian relief, whether or not that trip directly benefits the people of Haiti.

The same goes for the salaries and benefits of the office staff. You get word from god as to what portion of your timesheets has to reflect project work, and on Friday afternoon, you make sure that your time sheet meets the standard, in what is largely considered a weekly exercise in creative fiction.

If you knew and listed all of the unconstitutional things that the Obama administration has done to us, all of the illegal corrupt acts of his administration, all of the anti-American anti-citizen crimes he has committed I believe it would be unprecedented and overwhelming. If Hillary wins we will never know. The MSM will never root it all out and report on it and congress, both parties in congress will not want to rock the boat.

However if Trump is elected it is quite possible that he would appoint one or more special prosecutors to unearth these crimes against Americans. AND it is likely that if Trump appoints a prosecutor it won't be a weak one like Ken Starr or a Trojan horse like Patrick Fitzgerald. He would probably appoint a conservative pit bull who would indeed dig down to the bottom of the cesspool that is DC. It would be a thing to behold.

Remember when Hilarity insisted that all the missteps by her and her husband were merely a right-wing conspiracy? I disagree- I am conservative and fairly aged, and I love Milo Yiannopoulos. I think he's great, and he's funny and what he says is true. Yes, he is over the top and silly sometimes, but these times call for attention grabbing tactics- especially if you are trying to get people to listen to some common sense.

We agree. We do not believe the government should disrupt natural market forces by flooding the disaster area distressed market with freely distributed water, housing and medical supplies. At certain price points, private, non-governmental persons will supply these items.
