If it was a Winchester Model 62 it would be a .22. I do believe it is a 410. Notice the side ejection port and the short magazine tube. Model 62 has a longer tube and is a top ejector.
I think the other Model is a 36D. Also notice the round curvature of the butt stock.

I have a Mossy .410 that looks a lot like that, except it has a ventilated rib. Don't see that in, what is an excellent hunting photo - probably from the 1940's. My dad's pr0n collection had quite a few of those...
