We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Not an argument against Hillary

I just thought these pics that Drudge had were strange.


Hillary leaving a fancy fund-raiser last week, looking like a patient leaving a hospital in her pajamas. She has put on a lot of weight.



Hillary and Huma. I think they have a relationship. Wouldn't a normal Mom be walking with her daughter at her side, instead of behind her and Huma in their twinsie outfits?

Her weight gain is from all those steroids. They use steroids to shrink tumors in brains.

These pics, and many others in a similar vein, have been making the rounds in the Twittersphere under the hashtag #hillaryshealth. Many have ventured that part of the need for the baggy clothes (that one pic makes her look like a patient from a psych ward) is to obscure the hardware needed to support a catheter.

And the similarities in their outfits is just plain weird.

Could somebody in the mainstream media take a break from telling me that Trump is the Devil for a second? If so, maybe they could investigate whether Hillary is healthy enough to survive 4 years in the White House. That would be kind of important info, right?

Average weight gain is about 1-2 pounds per year as people age. She looks like a typical 68-year-old woman.

BD, assuming for a minute that social classes exist in the U.S., what is hers?

I don't think she looks very much overweight for a woman her age. Maybe the only normal thing about her.

Huma, on the other hand, looks like a middle-age woman who is addicted to diet and exercise. Worn out and stretched thin. As for yoga, Huma's husband fits the typical criteria pretty well. So does Hilary's husband, for that matter.

Hillary looks horrendous for a woman of her position, power, money AND AGE. She has obvious medical symptoms, my guess is Parkinson's disease. Whoever is dressing her should have been fired the day before yesterday. There are plenty of overweight women in the media spotlight and they most certainly don't wear Moo Moo gowns in public.

62 - Oprah Winfrey only six year behind H. - overweight and looks great
69 - Laura Bush - a great looking 1st Lady
89 - Rosalyn Carter - even with the botox she still looks healthier than H.
75 - Rachel Welch - Wow!
78 - Jane Traitor Fonda - the guilt hasn't worn her down
87 - Margaret Thatcher at time of Death looked better than H. does at 68

I had a TBI (traumatic brain injury) in an alto accident decades ago. After, I had a lot of difficulty with locating where I was in space. I bumped into things, found my peripheral vision limited, and had trouble going up and down stairs. I sometimes walked with my hands out just as Hillary sometimes does. I think her brain injury was worse than she admitted.

Pajama girl! Ick! And don't get me started on her hair. Sheesh! When she needs to look good, she has it done nicely. Otherwise, skanky, dreadful. Her hair styles make my skin crawl. What professional woman her age has not settled on an attractive, functional hair style?

And apparently her years as Sec State representing our country on the world stage that frightful woman saw no need to do her hair in a sophisticated hairstyle appropriate for a woman her age. She has the dough to have it done, heck, all that time desperately flying around to avoid testifying before congress she could have had a stylist on board the jet.

Dang. For that alone I think she has bad judgement.
