Here’s the conversation over the course of several days between black activists DeRay McKesson (DM) and Johnetta Elzie (JE), and between McKesson and a “white ally” named Sam (S):

JE: “Have you spoken with Mrs. Lynch [Attorney General Loretta Lynch] recently about the plan for the summer and fall leading up to the elections.”

DM: “We spoke two weeks and they want us to start really pushing how racist Trump is now instead of waiting so the others can start getting the protesters ready to shut both conventions down.”

DM: “If we can get both conventions shut down for messing over Bernie and for having racist Trump, then get martial law declared so Obama can stay in office we will win. Call you soon when I get to my dads so I can use his landline and we can talk more on this.”

DM: “We have to make sure that we use our voices to keep people disrupting Trump all summer and through the fall so martial law can be declared….”

A point I've made for a long time and one that Comey made at the hearing.

The thing that I haven't seen ANYBODY mention is that as someone with access to classified information is that she could generate her own classified information. All she has to do is send an email with containing information she knew (but may not have been formally tagged) as in discussing the ramifications of some situation or a possible plan of action. Voila! An email with "classified" information (and it's not marked!)

I watched most of the hearings yesterday (fast forwarding through Democrat blather). I told my husband that if I were a non-partisan person listening to the testimony that Comey gave, the thought I would walk away with is, "Hillary is stupid."

If I believe that she was not guilty of any crime, I would have to at least believe that she is dumb as a doorknob and understand nothing that is told to her. Just with that basic idea, Comey has already made Hillary too dumb to be President.

My guess is that Hillary played it just like that during her interview: I am clueless, people told me this was fine, I don't know how this stuff works, I am an idiot and don't understand classified markings, duh, duh, duh.

And so Comey used her very explanations in that interview to explain his conclusions...and he laid it out so factually, so absent of malice or political spin, that even the most leftie of left types must conclude: she is an idiot.

Comey has been investigating the multiple malfeasances of the Clintons going back to Whitewater. Don't you think he'd recognize a pattern in their crimes by now? If you need more background, search for The Clinton Chronicles, either the video or the transcript. It's disheartening that they made it out of Little Rock to further infest our nation.

The police do have a dangerous job and many of the people that the police encounter intentionally make their job more dangerous. How often do we see the police trying to arrest someone and the perp argues, fights, pulls a gun or tries to take the policeman's gun. We watch this on TV and are tempted to yell at them to just let the cops handcuff you. How stupid can you be? Sometimes, not usually or typically, but sometimes these incidents end with the perp or the cop being shot. So who is at fault? The law? That is should we allow unstable people or those who are too high to act appropriately simply skate rather than confront them? The cops? That is should they as soon as they encounter any resistance apologize, tell the perp to have a good day and walk away? Or is the problem the perp who fails to submit to arrest? If we are going to fix this it makes no sense to make the changes where they will do no good.

There are some cases where the police clearly over react or make a mistake. Let's treat that as what it is; a mistake, a crime and an individual not the entire police force white or black. But don't conflate that to all police officers or choose to make it a racial issue when it is not. I recognize that making it a racial issue benefits certain people and certain agendas but it is inaccurate and using it as a basis of fixing the problem will only make it worse.

The biggest mistake we can make is use this to incite the crazies to commit assaults and murders. And that is exactly what Obama, the left, the Democrats, the black caucus and many in the MSM are doing and do every time this happens. It is counter productive, causes the very problem we claim to be trying to solve and harms innocent Americans.

It's a choice and I predict that the left/Democrats/Obama will choose to make this worse.

You cannot help someone by doing for them that which they must do for themselves. We have created the problem. Do not feed the animals. A fed bear is a dead bear. We are to some extent putting off the massive negative effects of our welfare policies by simply pouring more and more money into a pot for more and more dependents. We are in debt to $19 trillion dollars thanks to these policies and we cannot and will not ever pay that off. The only possible result of this stupid stupid economic policy is not so different from what is happening in Venezuela today. With our flourishing thug culture it will inevitably be far worse when it all collapses.

Krauthammer suggests that Comey didn't want to end up as an historical footnote. Maybe.

There is also the likelihood that he realized there was no possibility that the DOJ would prosecute. Here is an interesting interview between Mark Levin and J. It could be that Comey was actually trying to blow the whole thing up by listing all the reasons Hillary should be prosecuted and then say that she was not prosecutable. If he had quietly handed the results of his investigation to Lynch and she would throw it in the trash can, Lynch would probably be called to Congress to explain herself but the conversations would have been very different.

On the other hand, he could have shown some backbone and recommended that the DOJ prosecute and let Lynch deal with that. Maybe that would have been played as a partisan move by a Republican head of the FBI...

In any case, we are left with a noisier situation than we might otherwise have had and that will probably redound to the Hildabeast's detriment.

I disagree with that Freud quote. People are capable of pure love. I have witnessed it. Mostly though, when it is demonstrated, the pure love is showered upon their dogs.

Cops do indeed have a dangerous job, but it's not even in the top 10 most dangerous jobs. Lumberjacks and commercial fishermen are much more likely to be killed.

That is true but totally misses the point. Of the top ten most dangerous jobs NONE of them are dangerous because a criminal class is trying to kill them. Almost ALL of the deaths in those top ten dangerous jobs are the result of a mistake by the recipient of the Darwin award. NONE of those jobs involve running towards danger to protect the innocent people. THAT is the difference.

Amazing! Dozens and dozens of people are shot in Chicago every week with no comment from our prez nor his AG. Then one guy in Minneapolis is shot by a policeman, the girlfriend runs it on the social media, and all heck breaks loose over LEOs gunning down black people with full response by anyone who can get in front of a TV or has a Twitter account, BLM rioting and blocking highways across the country and the media running a non-stop analysis of some disgruntled man ambushing Dallas police.

This is going to be a very bad summer, folks, especially when more and more LEOs quit their jobs for lack of support from those who are supposed to govern rather than divide. The AG might start by prosecuting those who do obvious crime instead of tying the hands of those trying to protect us with more rules and diatribes from the social justice community.

Walking into the office this morning, I overheard a co-worker (non-white), whose husband is a policeman (non-white) telling my secretary that her family believes Obama incited this violence against the police across the country, including the attacks yesterday. They're pissed.

I think this was the inevitable result of Obama's and others on the left race baiting for votes and power. It is probable that the men who committed this act do indeed believe what Obama and the DOJ have told them that the police are racist and are out to shoot unarmed black men. This meme was created out of lies and it continues based on lies.

So can we now finally declare the BLM to be a terrorist organization? Will the SPLC step up and declare that the BLM is a hate group and are dangerous? Or will we continue this charade so that there can be more violence against the police and innocent whites? The democrats and their hateful policy of divisiveness is responsible for this.

I like the rural vs. urban blog post, that I've been reading and re-reading for a few days now and contemplating commenting on.

Locally, we have a situation that is similar to an HOA type fascist dictate although I don't live in an HOA. It's a local government body that has decided that our little agricultural based town (with 50% of it's inhabitants living below the poverty level) need fascist dictates regarding our doorknobs and what we can park in the yard.

Happy to report that the reponse when rumor of this got out was swift and immediate outrage, although the bellyachers who want the hard boot of government on the necks of farmers who are contributing to the fly and noise problem are the loudest voices.

Just thought I'd put that out there because it's come to light that this is happening in neighboring areas near me (all starting with the crapweasel lawyers that are employed by small town govt) and the HOA rules don't have to in place FIRST. Your glee in remarking that you get what you deserve by choosing to live in an HOA is misplaced. Your rural town could be next.
