I honestly don't think that is the reason. In fact I believe that if he thought this was a "good thing" to do he wouldn't do it. His intent is to crash the system, destroy the middle class and hurt white people. He comes from a background of hate and Marxist socialism and he wants to remake America into a Marxist socialist utopia. He knows full well that amnesty will bring an unstoppable immigration rush to our borders and ports of entry. This is what he wants. It is the most effective way tosteal/redistribute wealth, destroy the middle class and create the conditions necessary for a revolution. Once implemented it couldn't be stopped even if we actually had a loyal opposition. This will destroy the country and he knows it.

I think there is some truth to this and I wonder if it drives the need for extreme tattooing (or body piercing) and/ or the attraction to ISIS by young people. Who wants to see themselves as another "brick in the wall"?
What is the most exciting thing most of us do? Control the car in a skid? Open the electric bill? We evolved these quick witted brains to make life or death decisions and we are endlessly inundated with natterings over tedious and frivolous first world concerns.

Charlie Rangle is not only corrupt but an idiot. He says (of Republicans) that they think they won the Civil War. Republicans DID win the Civil War!! It was Demoncrats who fought for slavery, started the KKK, instituted Jim Crow laws, and filibustered Republican civil rights legislation.

This is just an extension of 'choice'. The rationale that the child isn't 'self aware' is a canard. In the future, it will be something else. George Bernard Shaw suggested that everybody should be put before a committee and defend their reason to live and if the committee disagreed, they were killed.

Why not? Who wants all that dead societal weight walking around sucking up oxygen?

re EPA to ban Argon

If memory serves, Argon is the gas used inside incandescent light bulbs. One wonders if this is the reason for the ban?

One wonders what else on the list they propose to ban and the rationale behind it?

EPA is totally out of control. Haven't seen McConnell/Boehner proposing to do anything about it. Are there any repubs proposing to rein them in?

This is in relation to pesticides. If you put something in a new pesticide formulation, you have to do extensive testing to prove that it has no negative effects on the environment. But just about all practical pesticides have one or more solvents, carriers, fillers, dispersants, preservatives, etc.
The EPA keeps a list of "known safe" stuff that anyone can use in pesticide formulations without being required to have the expensive extra testing.
For some reason, they are taking Argon off the list. They say it won't matter because no-one is reporting that they use Argon in pesticides lately.
