Does this mean that an independent judge should review all the cases litigated by the Holder DOJ? It would be a mammoth job. Maybe just the big ones. Whatever it costs, it would be worth it to have Holder and his henchmen frogmarched to jail in orange jumpsuits.

He may be more toxic than Goodwin suggests. The only campaigns that have invited him to speak are the Dem. candidate for governor of Maryland and Illinois (figures). At a speech in Maryland, the crowd started to leave the rally while Obummer was speaking (http://www.reuters.com/article/2014/10/19/us-usa-politics-obama-idUSKCN0I80V320141019). Ouch!

Early Voting: Well, OK, but tell me: Can we trust anything coming out in the last week? I wouldn't.

GMO: There's a similar sort of bill in Oregon. Last I heard, most/all of our crops are GMO, by selective cross-breeding over the ages.

Seattle Reds: Not willing to do what they ask/tell others to do. Why am I not surprised?

While I’m more than happy to drink all the tea and coffee I can, any article with this: learned taste for cream and sugar exhibits a bias so profoundly tendentious that the whole of the article comes into question.

Two points:
This is probably not the only case like this. We would have to be very naive to think this was a one off by Holder's crime family. I hope someone gets to drain this swamp soon so we can see how much damage Holder and Obama have done.

There is a totally different issue as well. That is where would you think this money that private companies pay to yhe government goes? If you are like me you would have thought it went into the general fund or at least to offset the cost to the DOJ for the work they did. But in fact the money is doled out like it comes from a slush fund and it goes to cronies and front organizations for the left. Just as when the EPA fines a company for some spill or other environmental infraction the money is given to Green groups to pursue their agenda. The DOJ gives the money to ACORN and ACORN like groups on the left. By what authority do they do this???
