RE: 8 things... about women...

How does this need to be an article? WTF?!?!

Perhaps (but I doubt it) this seems inherent human knowledge to me because I grew up among 3 sisters and a mom. And then married and raised two daughters. But what about that isn't:

A) applicable to everyone, female or otherwise
B) simple common courtesy to guide human interaction

What am I missing?

Re: 8 thins about women- Horrible. I'm glad I only saw 6. Not enough time in the day to be bothered w/ such sophomoric prattle. Much Better to read Dalrock or Sunshine Mary.

Are malls dead? Tysons Corner isn't. But we don't go to malls in general. Not even Tysons Corner.

This is no suprise. Simply reading about the decisions from the federal governments food bureaucracy would lead you to believe that they were taken over by aliens. Does it makes any sense to let radical on the fringe of life and logic to set food policy for everyone? But then this seems to be how the federal government does everything. Every department seems to be in the clutches of radical fringe elements bent on havng their way with us. Can this get worse? Well, yes in fact it can and it will. The bureaucracy will continue to be made up of those on the fringe of reality and they laws and regulations will continue to make no common sense and be contradictory and counterproductive all to the end of making us crazy and criminal. The nut cases in charge of our national preferred diet are just the tip of the broccoli spear. Why do we elect people who allow this?

You are missing the opportunity. These types make it easier to delegitimize government. The problem is that many want to save the bureaucracy when we should be freezing it an ridiculing it. It was done to theistic religion, why not the worship of the secular god, government.

Yes. I think it is coming. I also believe people with Alzheimer's and the demented will be euthanized as well. It will be a government cost savings measure to help manage the benefits for millions of aged baby boomers.

Once we get past the ethics of killing the elderly, I believe the mentally alert, but needing assistance to live will be next, especially if the heirs want their inheritance and don't want their aging parents to 'waste' 'their' money on end of life care. I have already seen people wishing their invalid parents were dead so they could spend their money.

and cancer patients, people with physical disabilities that prevent them working a paying job, and eventually anyone over retirement age...

Sorry, but that writer is off his rocker by listing Wanda Sykes, Whoopi Goldberg, Roseann Barr, Kathy Griffin, and Joy Behar - all of whom are most certainly NOT funny, bitchy yes, funny no - along with some of the greats that he does list as being funny.

And he left the Goddess of Comedy, Lucille Ball, off the list!? Now that is just plain ignorant.

Some are, some aren't, and it depends on the listener/viewer. This woman may be too young to have seen much of Lucy. (If you haven't seen That's Right, You're Wrong, a Kay Keyser movie, you MUST: his 'screen test' with Lucy is a marvel of her physical comedy.)
