Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

A. It wasn't a real pistol; perhaps Airsoft, perhaps squirt, because Baddie fires it twice without recoil or effect.
B. Baddie didn't know it was a fake, or he wouldn't have pulled the trigger, giving it away.
C. If B. is true, it was Baddie's intent to kill as well as rob.

This video and a follow-up interview would be a great advertisement for a knife sharpening company.

On another note, this video shows the need for a national registry on knife owners and the need for more knife control.
Any restriction on the amount of knives owned should of course include the silverware and any plastic knives in the cupboard. Of course with 3D printers you could print your own plast................never mind.

Igy is right. We need more laws to prevent knife violence. That was obviously an assault knife which should be banned.
