That would be an interesting discovery, as we know CO2 is a greenhouse gas. Let us know when such discoveries are made.

CO2 is a very poor greenhouse gas absorbing energy in a very narrow band. Worse that narrow band is also covered byt water vapor which is a powerful greenhouse gas. CO2 is responsible for less then 1% of the greenhouse effect and water vapor is responsible for more then 98%.

That is incorrect. CO2 accounts for up to 25% of the greenhouse effect.

The article raises good points. I have been wondering why the repubs aren't out there preaching the line that dems see blacks as more valuable than hispanics. Otherwise, why is Martin the hero and Zimmerman the villain?

It is also interesting to me that the former Patriots player, Hernandez, looks just as white as Zimmerman. He allegedly murdered a black man and not a racial peep from the media?

Why? Because his surname is too ethnic?

I saw an interview with Robert Zimmerman Jr who, BTW, is an eloquent speaker. He was asked to describe his family background. Of course, he said he was an American but he considers himself to be bi-racial (Mestizo) and bi-cultural. They spoke Spanish in the home and adhered to Peruvian and American customs. Why was this so hard for the MSM to fathom? AA hucksters also claim the Zimmermans are Jews. Apparently that is a double NoNo.

    It is really fascinating to me that blacks are so freaked out about this killing, and don't care about the ones that claim thousands of black lives every year: black young men killing black young men in the ghetto.

    I think it shows just how tribal we all are. Tribes are extensions of families. Races are extensions of tribes. We all know from childhood that I can beat up my brother, but if somebody else attacks him, I will defend him. I think all the media and idiotic black leadership stirring things up wouldn't have worked if this weren't going on in black people's heads. For better or worse, your skin color is a uniform, perhaps more effective than an army uniform at defining who is "the other" and who is your own family/tribe.

    One can only wonder what are the unnamed "common-sense corrections" to ObamaCare the unions think will fix the law in the way they want, and at whose expense those corrections will come. Did they think the temporary waivers the Obama Administration was handing out to its union allies just after the law was passed would last forever? Let's now watch to see whether the Administration miraculously finds some Immaculate Union Exemptions within the penumbras and emanations of ObamaCare in order to carve out special treatment for the Friends of Barack, the public be damned.

    As if the Zimmerman-Martin case could not get any more bizarre, with Rachel Jeantel's appearance on Piers Morgan's show on CNN last night an entirely new chapter opens: Martin thought the guy following him might have been gay. Jeantel is not doing the Martin family any favors by suggesting a reason why their son might have attacked Zimmerman. Attacking a gay man is definitely a hate crime. Zimmerman as Matthew Shepard? It just boggles the mind. Someone needs to tell Jeantel her 2 days of fame are over. There's no book deal for her there. Morgan, the lowlife that he is, is just taking advantage of a person who's too slow to know when she's being used.

    If you listened carefully during her testimony at the trial, she didn't say "creepy-ass cracka," but "creepy ass-cracka," repeating it several times with that "gotcha" smile to see if Don West caught her gist. My career has taken me into some interesting venues, one of which familarized me with vernacular that apparently, up until now, hasn't yet hit the mainstream.

    RJ was repeating TMs description of George Zimmerman as a creepy ass cracker, and SHE explained that it meant police or security both in her testimony and in her CNN interview. It means that TM suspected that GZ was security. Why, oh why, didn't TM just tell George Zimmerman he was a guest. It would have averted a tragedy. No harm, no foul. I know, I know it is a lot to expect from a teenager. Heart breaking.

    Why didn't he tell GZ he was a guest of a resident? We'll never know what conversation (if any) took place immediately before the attack began, but to answer your question, maybe it's because (as GZ said to the police dispatcher) TM was high on drugs:

    Maybe, but a little tenuous for me since it wasn't found right away and I don't recall it being tied to TM with any evidence.
