As a long time moderator for WattsUpWithThat.com, my loyalty is to Anthony Watts, who has done more than his share to expose the truth about the global warming scare.

That said, Steve Goddard's 'Real Science' site is always worth a look. Steve provides a lot of historical info, which puts the current global warming hysteria into perspective.

There is absolutely nothing unusual or unprecedented happening with today's climate. What we observe now has happened many times before, and to greater extremes. In fact, we have been in a "Goldilocks" climate for the past century and a half: not too hot, not too cold... but just right.

Global temperatures have risen and fallen by tens of degrees in the past, and on short, decadal time scales. We have been very fortunate to experience very minuscule fluctuations [only ±0.7ºC in 150 years].

The current "carbon" scare is based entirely on federal grant money, which has totaled more than $100 BILLION since 2001. No one is going to get a share of that loot by telling the truth: that the current climate is entirely benign, and nothing to worry about.
