Soooo. . . let's see now . . . you lifted no hand to help stop the takeover and destruction of the Episcopal church and now you wonder why it is that the same people now feel free to take down the last remaining obstacle to their unfettered freedom to be "change agents" and design a nation's future according to their limited thinking skills. WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU?

Might I also suggest that this group of destroyers (change agents) are the first generation whose parents did not attend church on a regular basis. These kids grew up without a clue as to the rigor of a disciplined faith. WITH ABSOLUTELY no experience or understanding why CHURCH and State should've remained separate Good luck !

Re the 2007 speech: I have to admit that, when I watch the business about New York and New Orleans, I don't get that he's pandering to blacks so much as that he's pandering to the South, and he's playing directly to my own prejudices. There's not a trace of doubt in my mind that Washington DC and the MSM are completely obsessed with the East Coast and couldn't care less about the Gulf Coast. It's the Flyover Country mindset.

Not that I don't think he had in mind the black/white pandering as well, but there are better examples of that approach.
