We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.
A long time--a VERY long time before you "discovered" Cabo, I began to make travel plans for people to unique destinations. That was about 35 years ago. I would like you to visualize a place called "Finesterra". Try to see it as it was then--the only place out there in that village you so enjoyed. A long time ago--FINESTERRA was the first and only "upgraded" place to stay at the end of the road.
That boat harbor you showed between the main land and the rocks--that used to be empty.
An excellent selection of shots. You can feel innovation and entrepreneurship bringing new life. Brings to mind what Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba could look like, 30 years from now, if democratic capitalism ever returns to Cuba.
