Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Stinging ridicule in that comparison but I doubt it will have any effect on the average liberal. We are disconnected from each other. We do not have a common beginning or destination. They are children of chance pursuing dialectic to reach perceived better truth. We are children of truth who are rejecting dialectic pursuits to reach a better outcome.

I was listening to the show thinking this guy should run for senate or congress--or at the very least have his own show.

Liberals are all about theory and policy. When it comes to individual behavior they refuse to judge and get involved. They only care about children in the abstract. "Besides a known fellow liberal cannot be criticized, the 13 year old propably has not make her politics known and is therefore of no concern to a liberal", he said sarcastically.
