Maggie's Farm

We are a commune of inquiring, skeptical, politically centrist, capitalist, anglophile, traditionalist New England Yankee humans, humanoids, and animals with many interests beyond and above politics. Each of us has had a high-school education (or GED), but all had ADD so didn't pay attention very well, especially the dogs. Each one of us does "try my best to be just like I am," and none of us enjoys working for others, including for Maggie, from whom we receive neither a nickel nor a dime. Freedom from nags, cranks, government, do-gooders, control-freaks and idiots is all that we ask for.

Alabama snow

Sorry about our sick server today. Obviously up and running now. If we are down tomorrow, it will be blizzard-related, not Server Influenza as it was today.

Reporting from Hotlanta...lots of huge fluffy snow flakes and expecting tonight to get into the the teens. Of course we'll be back in the low seventies by this weekend.

I'd love to see a book called, "Who moved my Global Warming?".

I love how pretty the cabin loks in the snow,
it must look even better in the summer!

i plan to vistit there someday, i live in North Florida,
so it's not to far away.
