You can't use university teaching positions to reward young, obedient, single moms and expect them to spend their time outside of the classroom doing the heavy lifting of good and continued scholarship. The decline in well written, well reasoned articles in the Chronicle of Higher Education over the past few years is a clear reflection of the steady decline in scholarship at the "feminized" university.
Second: In Seattle the White male attorneys are scared to death of the African American community--they are even more afraid of the women's core leadership group. Therefore, there is no real protection for a white male being abused by a university administration. Without the protection of law we can count on a reduction of standard and a descent into anarchy which is what we are experiencing now.
